General Update

Not much to report - the kittens are both in my lap right now making it hard to type.  Their names are Eddie and Tabitha.  Eddie is a real lover and Tabitha is more of a snoot.   I almost let my depression get the best of me this week because I almost decided not to go to my support group meeting.  Forced myself at the last minute and I was glad I did.  It helps to have Victor there but he doesn't get much out of it like I do.  He is a sweet man for going though. I see my pdoc next week.  I'm going to request an antidepressant and to lower my Risperdal dosage - I think 6mg is too high and I'm having side effects like stiff joints and no perios (I don't miss the period) I managed to read some more books and I'm understanding most of what I've been reading.  They're cheesey novels but at least my brain fog is lifting.  I'm still having trouble driving - I get lost going to/from places I've done for years.  My short term memory is still shot to hell and back.

Sounds like a promising report to me. I hope you feel like you are progressing. It just seems like it takes too much time. I read something about people with bipolar are like super heroes. Read about it here:
