General Entry
Went to the BP support group last night - it wasn't very good which was a huge disappointment. I think I need to find a therapist again. I think I need to get on some type of antidepressant. Going to a shelter to see if I can find a kitten.

Followed you here from a comment you made in the Bipolar discussion group. I agreed. Sorry to hear about your support group. I read some of your history and meds and it sounds very similar to my experiences. Hope you can find a med and a friendly kitten. I have been using some over the counter meds for my BP because of my low income. Hope to exchange ideas some time. Have a better weekend!
