Wow I am quite pleased with my efforts this morning. Making great progress on the weight loss. Just weighed in at 13 st 05 lbs. That's 187 lbs in US money :) . A loss of 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Get in :) pleased with that.
More importantly though and the most significant factor of my resurgence i have been sober for 48 days now. Jeez it\'s gone quick. More than pleased with myself this morning :)
