Feeling's

Having so many mixed feeling, still depressed over losing my daughter,I have faced the reality that she is gone forever and I will never see her again ,the very thought of that sickens me, I know I have no control over it any more no matter how much i pray it will never change, the hole in my heart will stay there for ever and I have to learn how to live the different life that has fallen on me. Like losing a arm or leg it's gone and every day you know some thing in your life  is missing. The sadness is another thing. Other people go on with there life and I am just where I am,the day she went to heaven. Not that that not hard enough, all my health problems , Migraines ,meniere's, Fibromyalgia,IBS,acid reflux, Anxiety, dizziness, ringing in my ears, constant pain. Then my family and friends for getting about me, My husband that only stays because a he can do what he wants ,he leaves me alone all the time ,he has his friends his golfing. Growing up I was waiting for my prince to come and save me, my mother died when i was 12 I   brought up my little sister,my father sexually abused me. I lost a husband a baby girl, my 37 year old daughter and All my life i tried to help other people, now its so lonely, but I still have my faith that God will get me through and that having found new friends here and that we help each other is Gods way of giving me hope.

Squarley dont have words to heal your pain or offer you comfort my friend. Youve been dealt a poor hand in life and suffered and are stil suffering heartache of the worst kind. Im not religious but you have your faith use that to find your peace. Seek comfort in your precious memories of special times. Dont look to find help with the negatives in your life cos thats not gonna happen. I hope your pain eases soon.

I\'m so sorry for what you have been through in life. I wish I had the magical words that could end all our pain. I too, am not a religous person but you don\'t lose your faith. It sustains you, I do pray to the Blessed Mother because she knows what kind of pain and suffering we are going though. Stay strong. Sending love and hugs your way. Gail

You will see your daughter again, We will all see our sons and daughters and right now they can see us. I believe this is true. I couldn\'t get through the day if I didn\'t believe it. The analogy of a hole in our hearts from our loss is so true. I don\'t know if this hole will ever heal. Sending love, Terry

Dear Squarley, you remain in my heart and prayers. My heart aches with the pain and suffering you have had to endure throughout your life. Yet you have persevered and your faith has sustained you, and it will continue to do so. I think one of the things that has helped me in my own journey of healing is to pay attention to and notice what are the things, activities, people, places, etc., that are life-giving and then put as much of my energy there as I can. Too often when I find myself going into a downward spiral emotionally, spiritually, or physically it can be connected to putting too much energy into life-draining activities, people, places, etc.
I know that in the depths of grief it can be so hard to find anything that is life-giving, because the hole in our heart can be so all consuming. I am glad that you have found this group and have felt that you can share your heart hear.
I pray that this group will continue to be a place of life-giving love and support, but also pray that there will life-giving places will open and become noticeable where you live beyond this group.
May this day be filled with peace.

Like the other Mom\'s before me, I wish I had magic words to fix these holes in our lives.. and in our hearts...
You have endured more than I can imagine my dear friend... and although I am sure you hate the words, I know you are stronger for it... it is only becasue steel goes throug heat that it is so strong..
