Fatty liver
yesterday was a "feel like ive been run over by a mack truck day" ..everything hurt,couldnt breath, felt like crap ..just found myself crying uncontrollably. I think. Its just the flu, but flu on top of a cfs crash is just a bit much.
Today was not so bad, still coughing anf fighting flu symptoms but much improved from yesterday. So that makes two decent days this week..a huge improvement over the last few months.
Been having a nagging pain the lower ab/pelvic region for about 2 months now. 3 docs, 3 different diagnoses, i asked for an ultrasound. Ultrasound came back all clear. My stomach still hurts..i think its a bladder infection..but hey i did not do med school..so for now that too is all in my head.
Here is the amusing part .. The ultrasound report says my ovaries a perfectly healthy.. I only have one ovary ..hmmm? Do ovaries grow back? I give up.
Anyhoo my head is in a better space today. Coming out of the depressive funk. I go on another round of naturopathics next week..so i'm gonna try and enjoy a few clear days first...

Oh..re the fatty liver thing..that was the only abnormality revealed by the ultrasound.
So i need to lose weight ..but if i lose it too rapidly i can send my liver into shock and die. Hmmm...

sometimes it seems that there are more challenges to deal with than hours in a lifetime.............i\'m sorry you\'ve struggling with this as yet undiagnosed pain. i hope they can figure it out and treat it shortly.
i hope you can feel better enough to handle self care......it\'s not easy when you feel so crummy. i hope that the efforts with your naturopath go well........take it easy this week-end. feet up......try to get some rest. hang in there............hugs!
