Now you know what he is like, just carry on being strong and NC! Focus on you and your recovery! It doesn\'t matter what he thinks of you, only what you think of yourself! Work on your self-esteem and learn to love yourself. Learn about the warning signs of abusive, narcissistic and controlling men, so you know what to look for if one should come your way again.
Really don\'t waste your time and emotions on somebody that treats you bad, just work out why you thought that\'s all you were worth in the first place, and spend your efforts and energy on sorting yourself out honey!
