Entry 2-a

Ok so today is only getting worse. I seem to be in a depressed phase and it just gets worse when I try to reach out. I was diagnosed Bipolar type-II and when I try to tell people they just give me the old "pep talk". I know what they're saying I understand I gotta keep my head up and blah, blah, blah, but for some reason they think because it's only type-II it's easier to control or something. I've only been on meds for about 3 months now and 1 month at a stabilized dose. So I'm bound to have a few ups and downs still...right? At least that's what I understand. Oh well nobody really paying attention anyways, I guess I'm just hoping getting this out one way or another will help. It'd just be nice to have an actual human being to talk to that won't try to invalidate everything and make me feel like I'm just another loser who can't control himself.

YOU ARE NOT A LOSER. THE MORE YOU TELL YOUR STORY THE BETTER IT WILL HELP YOU. MY FAMILY DOES NOT BELIEVE IN MENATL ILLNESSES. IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE A \"NERVE\" PILL THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. I HAVE HAD OCD, CLINCAL DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY FOR ALMOST 40 YEARS NOW. I BELIEVE IT IS A DISFUNCTION OF THE BRAIN, THE NEURONS DO NOT CONNECT CORRECLT TO THE NERVE ENDINGS. GOD BLESS.

Like Roger said You are Not a Loser, thank God that we have medicine to help us with our issues, I have blood pressure, insomnia and other things so I am very grateful I can take medicine to control my issues and help me. Please think on the good things in your life, you sound like a great guy to me. Hang in there and Keep your faith, God will work it all out and its always for our good.

\"Mental illness\" is still a disease that needs treatment. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. It is a good thing that there are medicines out there that can make us feel better.
