I am worried about you Spencer. Too much ECT is NOT good for you. I have never heard of it going on for so long.
I recall you said you had a hard time accepting your softer feelings. I feel like getting to a place where you could accept them would help you
manage your depression since it's probably what you're really experiencing and then not recognizing it is what is causing the intense depression.

There's a price for a military career. Hoping that having more visits with the Pdoc would help. Calming hugs.
Thanks all for the support. I return to PDoc in two weeks and then hopefully extending ECT to bimonthly. Maybe this the price for a military career.
