Early Friday Morning
Took another 25 mg of Vistaril and still not sleepy. Still very tired. I don't see how I'm going to get anything accomplished tomorrow if I wind up sleeping all day because I can't sleep now. Right now I feel as if I'm in a hell on earth. Can't stop the racing thoughts.

That is one of my problems. I ask God for peace, and off to sleep I go. Well, that is until I wake up with the urge to pee!!
