Discharged. I can't believe the day is here. I have never had this much confidence and determination in myself before.This program has been amazing. It has been challenging, but very helpful. Not just in gaining weight, but in every aspect. I never thought that I could of gotten this much out of a program. I have gained so much knowledge and have even more insight now.My psych, therapist, dietitian, and all the staff only had positive things to say about me when I left. I have never felt this much positivity and confidence coming from others. They all told me that they want me to keep in contact with them and if I ever just need to talk that they will be there to listen. My psych told me to call him once a week or the next two months and leave a message as to how things are. My therapist told me to contact her regularly as well. They all even gave me giant bear hugs!!The tradition for people who graduate is to leave a handprint on one of the canvas on the wall with our name, date of discharge and quote! That was really cool. People were even crying because they were sad to see me go. I have never felt that loved.Lastly the other day I suggested some groups to my therapist and today she told me that she is going to change her 4 week cycle to a 5 week one and incorporate my ideas :) she started today! It felt great!!

I am so darn proud of you girlie. Of course everybody loved you, what\'s not to love. And the group starting is fantastic and might be your biggest support. Use the offers of calling your team if you need them. Don\'t be too proud or embarrassed or whatever. The really hard work is starting now. You will encounter so many triggers. Don\'t let them destroy what you have accomplished. You are stronger than that. I hope you keep us updated - good and bad- because you know we will support you either way. hugs.
what an achievement and im not at all suprised of thier outporing of caring and love. definetly call one of them when the need hits, as karin says, the hard work is now, keeping all your hard work and progress going on. tell us everything, i m here for you no matter what. love ya.
