Day 22

It has been 22 days since I had a smoke.

As expected, yesterday was all about anxiety and there is nothing wrong with me except that I am a freak. 

After I put my scarf back on at work and finally got warm, I started to feel a little better. I still had waves of it throughout the day but once it starts to come and go and I am confident that it is just anxiety, then it starts to pass. 

I went to bed early last night and although I still feel exhausted this morning, it is not freaking me out.  I'm glad I am not really sick since I am getting my crown put on today and really didn't want to have to reschedule. 

The storm finally blew out of here and although the weather said that it would be foggy, that was not the case. We had talked about it last night and Steve said if we hit the 5 day rule(after the first year I moved here from Arizona, where the sun is always shining, it was the worst fog they had had in this valley in 20 years.  Later I found that a 2 hour drive in either direction would get us out of the fog and I made the 5 day rule...if the sun does not come out for more than 5 days, then that next weekend I'm driving to find it.), I might have to go by myself since he has inventory this weekend.  I said well, if we hit the 5 day rule and it's sunny in the bay area maybe I will come out and help you count.  He laughed and said then he would let me count the yard so I could be out in the sun.

Wondering how gray it would be in Oregon.  I could possibly have horse property with a nice barn up there..would the colder winter be offset by that happiness of having horses again?  It's true, I am still in love with Arizona, but I get why he wants to live near his dad and that man has done so much for us.  I found this when I searched sunny days in Bend, OR:

Bend has the highest average number of sunny days in the state. Clear days average 158 days per year with an additional 105 days that are mostly sunny. Many of the remaining days provide substantial sunshine. Days that are totally cloudy do not often occur.

It gets snow...but still a lot of sun. Hmmm
