I don't feel well today. I think I pushed a little too hard the last few days, so I'm going to take it easy today.
But, on the cover of yesterday's church bulletin:

Made me smile and glad that God is so patient with me............if resting goes well today, perhaps you should extend it a little longer and practice resting a while longer. i call it permission therapy.......i simply permit myself to do what my body needs and under do it awhile so those cells can recharge, refill and come back to life like little life balloons. when we\'re on e it\'s impossible to go anywhere.......just like a car that\'s outta gas. love ya hon, keep warm and put your feet UP! hugs, ruthie

Please give yourself permission to rest!! The crash may not be as long if you do that!! We never do learn pacing, do we? Nah!
My dad is a minister. My mom typed the bulletin. She never proofread! NEVER! And she made some really funny bloopers in her time, God rest her soul. One thing that I see on a lot of church signs in this area says \"Do you know what\'s missing from ch--ch? U R\" !!! Always makes me feel a tad guilty that I can\'t get to Sunday morning church anymore. But God knows my heart and my desires, and I listen to Dr. Stanley on Sunday morning, and sing with the choir.....and worship right here at home. Just me and the Lord. It\'s become quite special.
