Chilling out today
Yesterday went fairly well considering it was my first day of freedom since incarceration on 5/16. I couldn't sleep at all the first night home - went to Walgreens and Walmart - met a real nice lady at Walmart who's going through an ugly divorce like me - we're going to have dinner tonight. In the afternoon I went to my chiropractor - the back is REAL bad. I also went and got a massage, picked up my friend Margie and got a pedicure. Dad and I had dinner together and then I took a loooooooong hooooot bubble bath. I passed out in bed somewhere around 10:30 and woke up with a splitting headache and my glasses stuck/bent on my face. I took two Bufferin and drank a starbuck frappucinio. I plan to spend the rest of my day in bed nursing this hangover and trying to get my personal effects back in order.I hate Victor's guts for putting me through this again. I'm sure I'll forgive him once he's out of my life forever. The new "meds" make me feel like I've smoked pot AND drank a bottle of tequila....I guess my car, Emily, will be acquiring some new Depakote Dents. My step-grandkids, Kaitlyn and Nicci, are still gonna let me be their "mimi". Unfortunately the week I had planned for them to stay at the house and go take scuba lessons is cancelled, but I will be taking them to the beach as soon as school is out for them.I miss my cat and my geese and my gardens and my house - all the things that were helping my recovery, my mind, my body, my spirit.I actually miss some of the staff at West Oaks, but I ABSOLUTELY DON'T MISS THAT ARROGANT PSYCHIATRIST DR BUSCH. At discharge, he told me I was one of his favorite patients and I told him he was my least favorite doctor. He's a smart, funny and occassionally nice guy - but he honestly doesn't have a clue with regards to my "illness" and I'm going to prove he misdiagnosed me and had me on the wrong meds. Hopefully my new pdoc at New Dimensions can get to the root of things. Something is just wrong when a functional and productive human being like me gets so disabled and doesn't recover. You know there's a reason for the bible verse "Physician heal thyself."........ Other than that, the following good things have happened:1) I have COMPLETELY handed all this shit over to God - I'm too friggin tired to mess with it. Keep in mind however that God only helps those that help themselves. Problem with this world is that most people don't want to help themselves.2) I have contacted the state general attorney's office to investigate the abuse I've been through by both the Pearland Police and the Brazoria County Mental Health Department starting back in 2005 to present. I intend to file a civil suit against both by the end of this year but I need to re-divorce Victor first.3) I have learned I don't need much to survive: some food, some shelter, some friends and some clothing (actually, clothing is optional, it's just that people are so uptight about nudity in this country).Later

Glad to see you are just chillin out today! Hugs
Hey darling! So sorry you were locked up - I know what that\'s like (jail and mental ward) and it\'s never fun. You\'ll get things straightened out, with time, help from friends, and God. I\'m here for you babe
