Big talk
Getting ready to go talk to my boss again. Last talk about me stepping out of my current role and into a part-time position did not go over so well.
This time I want to explore whether I will be allowed to work from home pretty much full time while keeping my current position. Not ideal..just trying to think up viable options.
Option 3 quitting altogether is not desirable but I'm getting there. I really am so tired , not seeing an end in sight ..just dont feel like I can do this anymore.
I know its the illness talking. Pray with me that I make good long term decisions.
