Anxiety_extra dose
Last night was the first anxiety I have had in a while. I tried to ignore it and go to sleep as usual but after about an hour I could see it was not going away. Got up, took and extra dose and laid back down..finally fell asleep somewhere around midnight. I think as the move gets closer I will probably start to have more although my counselor thought It might not happen till I was all on my own. The mood here has been very up and down. We go from fighting and yelling to crying and not wanting me to go and back to it's ok..and I will help you with the move. I would think the anxiety would make me afraid to continue but it actually just reinforces my decision to try and be by myself for a while. As I wrote in my class essay...fear is the enemy and must be fought at all costs.
He went through my phone the other night and read all my chat logs with a friend of mine...admittedly things were pretty flirty at some point...but that's all it is..of course he will never believe that and now thinks I have been cheating. I pointed out that I am moving out anyway so believe me or not..does it matter at this point? I said...what did you expect? you are drinking and asleep by 8 most nights..I am lonely and it's kind of flattering to be flirted with. Nevertheless he stayed with me in my anxiety last night..he has hardly been drinking at all..no doubt trying to change my mind but so far I am sticking to it and the closer it gets the less I seem to doubt.

Dear Freakster,
You are right, relationship or not, you need to face this fear. The relationship although is important, your need to face your life without constant anxiety takes presidence. A few months on your own and you can look back at the situation, and decide with a clear mind, if you want to re- enter it. I admire your guts. Eric
