Anxiety central
I had a really horrible night and morning. I have not taken an extra dose yet.
Last night my boyfriend found out that a guy he was good friends with died on Saturday. He was very upset all evening and beating himself up because he never went to see him before he died.
I woke up about one in the morning to go to the bathroom. I was very dizzy when I got up and my ears were ringing. I know I was having a bad nightmare so I just ignored it and went back to sleep.
This morning it is not any better. I have been dizzy on an off and nauseated. when the waves pass for a bit then I am pretty certain it is just anxiety but when it is the strongest I start worrying that I may be sick.
It's always the same cycle. I would like to believe that I am getting better but the truth is that I am not.

Yes, anxiety has it\'s own life cycle, so it would seem.
Relationships are hard and they produce the most pain and angst. It just seems as though our own issues get worse when someone is always out to suck off energy you\'ve tried so hard to gather and protect.
There are plenty of people out there to steal your sunshine.
