Another Monday..but a short week

It's another Monday.  Of course my week would never be complete unless I started it out with anxiety.  Days like this are so depressing.  Feels like I will never have this thing beat. Of course, most people tell me I never will.  They say once your body learns this response it never really goes away.  Gee, what a pleasant thought.
All the more reason that if we finally split up I will remain alone.  No one deserves to have to put up with this shit.  I try to take it one day at a time and still find things to look forward to but knowing that I have this to look forward to makes it difficult.
Part of the problem with having this is a lot of it is based on the fear of being sick.  I don't fear dying.  I fear being unable to care for myself and stuck here.  It's makes it twice as hard to separate what could be potential health problems from anxiety attacks.
Last night while working out I started having a horrible pain in my head right behind my eye.  After my heart rate went back down it went away(mostly) but it was throbbing and of course freaked me out and right into an anxiety attack.  My first thought was that I was going to have a stroke...yes I know...completely crazy, hypochondriac sort of behavior...but it is what it is.
He was sweet about it for a change.  Still I feel completely isolated and alone.  Unless you experience this I am not sure anyone could understand it.
More anxiety again this morning but as I start to get busy at work the waves of it are slowly lessening.

I know what you mean. Together but alone, afraid to face the unknown.
But is it better to stick to what you know and what makes you this miserable?
All this anxiety is making me physically sick, I am making myself sick by having those things constantly on my mind. The crazy thing is I can say all the right things to others to make them feel better, but I cant do the same for myself. There will be another day, where you will feel at peace, with no pain nothing to make you sick and miserable. Hugs..
