A MOTHER'S EYES
My how many of you saw yourself in those mom's eyes during the Orlando shootings..knowing their pain is just beginning ever makes it harder to not want to just reach out to them,,,hug them,,through the darkest days of their lives...wanting some how to let them know about our group...THE Purpose , so many young lives, so many families facing a lifetime of pain...of this horrible act...and for what?? The questions that will not be answered...Have we become war in the streets, places we go in America as we have watched so many year over seas? IS America getting scary to feel we have the freedom to go to places of our choices without knowing what the outcome could be..Be church, school, mall, a night out to dance and have fun..not knowing if you will survive your outing...Is our freedom slowly being taken away from us....Scary.....we in America have always had crime...but THR outlandish crime we are experiencing in our everyday lives wonder....WHAT WILL BECOME OF US????LOVE AND CARING, 'tTHE OUT POUR OF OTHERS AFTER THE CALL FOR NEEDED BLOOD...THAT WE NEED..PEOPLE CARING...BUT HAD WE REALLY BETTER TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT HERE IN OUR OWN BACK YARDS....IT IS A WAR...a WAR THAT WE ARE BEING BLINDSIDED BY...WE DON'T Have the safety we once had....Is it time we face REALITY...YET WE WANT OUR AMERICA TO BE THE SAME...WE MUST AS AMERICANS BE AWARE AS WE HAVE NO IDEAL WHO HAS THE NEXT GUN WILLING AND READY TO TAKE OUR EVERYDAY FREEDOM AWAY...TO ALL THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES, TO FAMILY MEMBERS TO FRIENDS MAY YOU FIND SOME PEACE IN SUCH A USELESS ACT. MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU

It is a tragedy, so sad and senseless. The shooter obviously had mental problems. But being able to walk in to a store and buy a assault weapons, to me, is almost as criminal. One does not buy such weapons to go rabbit hunting. I am Canadian and am forever thankful. Yes, we do have violent crimes, and will in the future, but our gun laws prevent a lot of it. The whole \"guns don\'t shoot people, people do\" doesn\'t wash with me. If people didn\'t have access to high powered weapons, there might have still been killing but not to the same extent.
Just my opinion. My heart hurts for the moms.

Yes this is a horror for sure. Marlene you are so right that it is criminal that these guns are available and that someone on the police radar was able to get it. How can the people selling these sleep at night? Why are the lawmakers not seeing the common sense needed to fix this problem. This must be fixed, now!!! Off my soapbox. Peace to the families who now join us.

Just awful all the way round. So senseless and sad. How many times does it have to happen before there is some sensible legislation? The founding fathers were talking about muskets, for pete\'s sake - so give everyone a damn musket if you\'re so wedded to the second amendment! It is close to home for me. With all the talk and re playing on the tv here it just gets so over whelming. All the Moms are going through the same thing we have already lived through and survived, I wish we all could help them after the shock wears off. Just thinking .......
