64 steps

The lift at work is out.  I count each stair as I go, 64 gets me to my floor.
I'm pretty sick of being at home, so have been trying to come into office more often.  Scheduled to be in 3 days this week.  Its 12:30 and I am totally crashed.  Trying to hang in there for another hour at least.  Full workday will not be happening today.  Want to guess it has something to do with those 64 steps?
Have some banking stuff to do tomorrow, and docs visit/tests.  I am going into work late so that I can go to the bank first and avoid going up those stairs more than once.  Somehow I get the feeling the docs visit is not going to happen on the same day, not if I want to do any work at all.
Lift will be out for 4  more weeks ... oh boy!

4 weeks. Stairs tire me faster than anything! Can you get someone to throw you a rope and pull you up to a window?
Hang in there, Max .. no pun intended.

do they have a service elevator by any chance? if so, they could not refuse you a lift to your floor, you have no business walking up/down 64 stairs my darlin.........4 weeks to repair it doesn\'t sound reasonable........at all. sigh, frustrated for you and worried too..........you need to work from home sunshine and let couriers bring work to you as needed............sending hugs and care........xoxo

14 stairs separate me and my hubby for days, very often. Stairs are lovely for the healthy. NOT so lovely for us CFS\'ers and spoon challenged individuals who would find 64 stairs a ridiculous task! It would take all my spoons, I\'d reach the top, call for an ambulance, and have a mochalatte during the ride. Seriously, four weeks? Go elsewhere my dear friend. This is just like, abusive!! Ya know?????

It\'s too much. Act accordingly. Be a woman. Start yappin at people till they fix the lift! xo
