I hope I don\'t sound insensitive but I think it\'s a good thing she knows.

Then you don\'t have to hide it.

I hope she helps you feel safe.

I just read your post in Dyslexia support group.

I see that what I said was insensitive. Sorry.

I agree that labels are awful. I wish I could
help you see that people who aren\'t
dyslexic do not see it as a bad thing.

I see dyslexia as a different learning style.
I think most people who aren\'t dyslexic see it that
way.

It\'s probably just schooling that makes people
with different learning styles have shame. I know
they try to do it with my son.

Schools have a long and sordid history of
not handling anything out of the normal well.
i know you know all of this. Just feel
it\'s important to remind you
that most people won\'t see it
as something \'wrong\' with you.

she hasnt pushed it anymore ,i thought she was going to
but hasnt.
i dont know fully what a feel about her
she is funny and we can chat a lot
its mostly physical but also shes not really my physical type
so its all a bit odd really
most of the time i try not to think about it to much
