Iam so sorry that you feel so very low and that you feel you are getting worse. When you say the world is so dead and so are you, can you explain what you mean? You say that you have 'lost them all as well'. Who are the people you have lost? Are you feeling that you want your life to end  or could you envisage that things could get better if some circumstances could change?Please do keep in touch with Samaritans.
