how does hurting yourself help it make sense?
It might distract you from the real pain.
But you can get through this. you have before.

i went to her church thin on sunday morning
al my confidence had gone
i wanted to stick something into the top of my hand
or wished she would dig her nails into me or her pen
just something to make me feel something else
