I have this feeling that you were abused
mentally and emotionally at some point in your
childhood and there is an experience that
directly relates to the letter i.

Maybe I\'m wrong. Either way, you need
permission with this letter, I think.

We should spend a whole week on the letter i and get to the bottom of it.
Sort of like batman spending time with the bats to get
over his fear.

Only when you feel stronger though.
You gotta be strong for that kind of work.

You are doing good work here though.

This is huge \"I feel like it\'s a finger, pointing at me.\"
Also, the guilt you feel with it.

I have a hunch this is not something you can control. It needs
to be explored rather than fixed.

You know, it\'s totally normal to get really, REALLY upset
while you are in constant physical pain.

AND you have to make a major life change (work) because of it.

Physical pain is such a downer.

You are not alone in the feeling like you can\'t get ahead. It seems to
be universal these days.
Everyone I talk to feels that way, even those who seemingly have
so much.
Perhaps you are more in tune
and more connected with the rest of the world
than you think you are.

You have always been nice too! And given some wicked advice
when you feel confident enough.
