having awful dreams  last night the worst bit was dreaming that i was looking at the news and it showed a man trapped by lava he had no where to escape to so tryed to  walk acrossthe moving lavahis feet just sank and he burnd slowly he sank in to the heat fell to his knees  screaming and finaly fell in to the heatand his clothes were left burning on the surface i wanted the camera to stop or for me to look away but it didnt  all to reall  what am i doing to myself
