i dont know
.i still have to fix myself to teach
but i could cope as i am i guess
the day before i was in a lot of pain after the cold day
i had trouble walking
.its really no shock that i didnt do well
but i dont think like that

i have high standards for myself
But i really did hit a very very big low
in ability last night
.it was like a beginer
i feel like i cant fight all this
but i still am
its a shock to me even
