I\'ve heard fame can be very lonely.

I think this is progress. You only started bike riding recently.

Was it any easier AT ALL to play? Maybe the cold was causing this.

Perhaps teaching is the way? Do you teach?

sometimes just trying helped me in my darkest hours. In those times I tried to focus on those basic needs and then try others when I was stronger. Hope you feel better Alant

you are facing what most people are terrified of.

trying and failing. I\'m terrified of it.

i think your feelings of depression and
hoplessness are totally justified.
growing old can make me feel that way sometimes.

please be patient. you\'ve
only just started the bike riding, right?

and...you played outdoors in the cold.
you may need a couple days to recover from that.
