i know its my birthdayand a big one really but i am not well a few people are going out of thier way for me thats nice but i am not well  all this ear pain and silence is really closing me downin pain in silencewhen im deaf i feel like i cant talk as wellit sounds odd but its like that .its like sound and voice are the same i have trouble hearing my self talk so i go quiet or best say nothing  in a way it feels like i have been silenced
