feeling very weak i cant really do anything like i used to ,i feel like if i dont pull out of this i will dieim fading to nothing and the weaker i get the harder it is to escape im still ill that i hope is the reasonmy spine does not helpi dont know if it has made me weak or not doing things has made me weaker as a result

i have to many things to do
.it shard working while ill
i have ran out of stocks
so i need to re order
that will cost a lot
and i want to have time off
so spending all that money to make
