work is quite dissapointing for me  really i waited all week for tonight a chance to ber better at what i dowhile im less ill but i still am illand tonight i had to carry heavy stuff againthat hurt my back causing me more leg and hip pains im still not well for the bad cold so trying to be on a stage is not good  im not doing very well in any of it so its quite depressing im thinking of going to the docs and going on the sick .ive hurt my back and cant do any heavy work im to ill from this cold and im very depressed its a bad mix
