things are very dead i feel like im crawling in my skin again.im trying to get out of me or here i cant get out .im trapped like a rat that has ran around the walls so many times i have stopped i cant get out  .im still trapped but no point to run the crawling is making me feel like cutting to get the feeling out im trapped  wish i could get out of this bodyand fly away from everything
