i have 1 or 2 poeple that i work with thatare startting to get to know me i think they are shocked how low my self worth is .i dont notice it like that i have a good view of things i think
i think 90% of people think to high of themself

i think humans learn self worth as children. actually, i think children are born fully in tact and we take self worth away from them.
