Slept well again last night. It\'s becoming a bit of a habit lol. Got another week of night shifts this week. Which I\'m not really looking forward to. However it does allow me to get mu runs done during the day and also got a couple of appointments this week. One with the Volunteer Centre and a Physio Therapy one on Friday. Should be a pretty good week. Feeling pretty confident now about not drinking, but still get a bit down in the dumps about my recent relationship breakup. Hope you all have a good start to the week. :)

I\'m glad to hear you have so many good things in the works for this week:)
HUGS......I know you are still feeling down. In light of that, you are doing fantastic with everything. Remember to give yourself a huge pat on the back for that.......

Sounds great! Seems somewhere in the 10-14 day range might be typical for withdrawal-induced insomnia to start to fade. I suppose the body is getting all its chemicals and hormones sorted out.

To me, that is one BIG reason not pick up a drink. Why undo all that?
