Hey Guys,
I'm feeling sad and lonely today. A deep ache in my heart. I am riding my stationary bike and crying at the same time. It's kind of a release . I have a long 4 day continuing Ed here in Birmingham starting tomorow. A friend from Huntsville is staying with me. I'm looking forward to 4 days of healing as I'm studying CranioSacral therapy and it's very soothing and we do work on each other but I'm hoping not to be too emotional during the course though. The facilitators are all very loving and empathic though. I've been signed up for this for about 6 months so I hated to cancel. It will be a while before another one comes to town. Thanks for listening! Love, Deanie

Hi Deanie,
Yes, I find a deep cry really cleansing. There are times the strong emotion just sneaks up on me and I learned to let the tears just flow wherever I am.
I wish you the best in your continuing ed course. It sounds very interesting. Maybe you can teach us a thing or two when you\'re done!
Love and Peace,
Diane
It will all enfold as it needs to and allow those tears to flow and try to remember how you have felt in the presence of others who are crying... I\'m sure you have wanted simply to allow them to BE and to offer a loving presence. This is what you allow others the grace to do when in your presence. No apologies for being vulnerable, feeling what you need to feel and releasing it.
This class is arriving at the perfect right time as if it was orchestrated long before you even knew how much you would need and benefit from it. You are being courageous to attend and please do share when you are able how it goes for you and what you learn. I have had this kind of work done on me and it provided deeply healing moments.
Gentle care dear Deanie and just allow yourself to BE however that comes in and however that may look. It\'s all okay and as it needs to be for now. The fact that you are even saying, \"Yes\" takes tremendous courage and you are a warrior woman in every sense of the word. Feel it...
Hand in hand and Heart to heart,
XO Joanie
I still cry at times, at 2 months after Matthew\'s passing, all I did was cry. It will be 9 years this December and certain days, the sadness just takes over and tears just flow. Kudo\'s to you for continuing to further your education, especially now, shows how strong you are! Don\'t over do, give yourself every moment to do as YOU need to. Sending you love and strength, wishing we could cry together for Justin & Matthew! Lynette - Matthews mom
Be gentle with yourself as stamina during the raw grief time is short...recharge when you need to--I found myself running out of gas while doing even small things...
It is really great that you have such supporting co-workers/associates...that makes a huge difference.
Gentle is the word...

Tears are healing...so allow them. This journey is full of ups and downs no matter how many tools we have in our tool box. To this day I can erupt into tears at an unexpected moment...and the triggers sometimes surprise me. As time goes on the recovery from the meltdown is quicker...but it takes time.
Do whatever feels right about the extras in life. If it brings you some peace and it helps you do it...but don\'t worry about also needing to say no or cancel. Love to you friend...
There are so many emotions on this journey that one must be very gentle with their self in all things for a few years. This type of work can be very healing both in the giving and in the receiving and you may touch many in this field of work, including a mom like yourself. Do what you can and when you can not, do not feel badly. Sending love, Leda/MomofJosh
Being able to put your head into class is healing as you are honoring your path, Be good to yourself.
