My Gift

I have something I want to share with you tonight.  Monday night was the TCF candlelight service in Kinston, NC.  John and I attended.  I spoke.  Josh's best friend and his family attended also.  They were there to remember Josh along with Megan which passed back in the summer.  Jordie's (Josh's Best Friend)mom came in with a christmas gift bag.  She told me this was for later.  After the candlelight and tears falling she gave me the bag.  I opened it and there was a memory bear made out of one of Josh's T-shirts that she had been holding on to for six years.  That's not all.  My message from Josh.  The tag from the t-shirt was on the back of the bear and Josh had signed his name on the tag.  Talking about tears flowing.  So hard I could not speak.  What a special gift.  I will cherish it forever.  Love you all
