Not quite sure how it happened... I got stuck in a loop today.its the only way I can describe it.  I kept saying "I don't know" over and over again.  Kinda like a record that is skipping.  I repeat things in my head all the time but his was aloud. It never happens aloud. I'm kinda freaked out right now. It was like it didn't sound right or something.  I just said it over and over like hose were the only words that would come out of my mouth. It took me a whole 2 minutes or so of repeating it in order to finally stop and even then I was still repeating it in my head.  What the fuck is wrong with me?
