Back to work tomorrow and I can't help but feel anxious about it. I've only been out of work a little over a week but it feels like longer. One of the things I'm nervous about is work has been such a big source of frustration, anger and annoyance for me before going into the hospital. I wasn't coping well at all before and I'm worried I will go back to the way it was before. I honestly feel like I have a little bit of a better attitude about it but the proof will come when I'm at work facing the same problems and people that got me so stressed out before.Just trying to relax, breathe deep and think positive.

I hope that going to work tomorrow doesn\'t trigger any negative feelings like it has in the past. At least you have a better feeling about it now, maybe that\'ll help. Continue to try to relax and take deep breaths, you got this. ((Hugs))

I think what you are feeling is completely natural Pagan.... doesn\'t make it any easier tho I know..... I hope work is not as triggering as it was pre-hospital... if you can ease your way back in gently? I think trying to think positively is the best way forward... as you say the proof will be in the pudding... but I am keeping everything crossed that it goes a lot more smoothly than you fear...... remember we are here to support you so reach out as much as you feel you can.... I will be with you in spirit

hi Pagan! It is totally understandable that you are feeling anxious. That\'s pretty normal I think. I hope you can give yourself \'the room\' to allow yourself to feel the anxiousness about it - and cut yourself some slack while getting back to work. I am sure you will do well at work - but if you feel stressed or a mixture of emotions, i hope again you can give yourself permission to do the work maybe at a kind of sliding scale. You\'re doing good work considering you were just in the hospital..that this is your first day back too... make sense? I hope. Have a good day Pagan!!! Peace, Mark
