Update
Well, it's been a few weeks since I've written and figured it was time for an update. Took a trip up to New Jersey to see my girlfriend. Had a great time and go my first pedicure of the summer. My car was making a strange noise all the way up and back and when I took it in to have it looked at they found that the wheel bearing was completely shot on the right side. Just thankful I didn't break down on the highway.
My son's truck broke down and we had to buy him a new car. He's very happy with it. Just wait til he gets that payment book! I wish him luck with it though, he really likes it. It's a 2010 Dodge Avenger and he got a lifetime warranty on it so he's pretty well set for the life of the car.
I've been doing ok. My job is still boring me to death but as I've probably said before they pay me well to do nothing some days, so I really can't complain too much. I just wish the time at work would go faster. I so prefer being busy.
I still miss Gene terribly but seem to be adjusting a little better. I finally got AAA for both my car and my son's. Got it just in time because he had to have his truck towed back to the house and it was totally paid for.
SO, all in all I guess I'm doing ok.
