Still here, still crazy, still smoking.  What can I say!  I've been suffering from depression for the last couple of months, set in when I quit and couldn't stop crying.  My dr put me on prozac, and it seems to be working but it's taking its time.  Seems pretty minor compared to what some of you have been going through.  It's really worse on my husband than it is on me.  I get in these funks and end up sleeping too much.  We've started going for walks on the boardwalk after dinner, and that's helping too.  I'm learning to slow down and not take myself so seriously.  I've spent too many year's in jobs where everyday was full of stress and now I need to reprogram.  I guess you could call me an adrenaline junky.  Now I'm trying to break the habit.  I also gained 12 pounds when I quit smoking which I'm trying to get rid of since I already had 25 pounds too many on me.  I've missed you all but think of you often.  My computer is running a little faster these days, so I'll try to keep you all posted more often.
