Well, I've calmed down today with a little help from my friends here. Just got back from the beach. The weather here is so mild and sunny, and the water lapping on the sand was so relaxing. I sometimes talk about moving back to where I grew up, but as of this very moment, there's no other place I'd rather live. I can walk to the bay, the grocery store, the drugstore, there's a beautiful boardwalk, a waterpark, library, and just enough restaurants to provide a nice choice.

I started a daily almont minute by minute dairy last week for my doctor. There has to be a medical explanation for what we are experiencing even after the nicotine is gone. And they must have some idea of how long these symptoms will last. There has been so much money thrown in this area of medicine, yet I can't get any answers. I'm not giving up though. I should have a short story for the doctor by the time I go back in March.

I hope all of you are having a wonderful afternoon. Thank you all for being here for me. You have no idea how much it means.

Not sure what a daily almont is????? Keep us posted. Sounds very beautiful where you are. MY friends and therapist says we are grieving. And give it time. \"TIME TAKES TIME\" BE WELL, Sandy

I just Maryland. I recall a restaurant (not sure if it\'s near you) called Big Peckers. I took a spare calendar from work and wrote my quit date on it and I can put my own personal notes in there as needed. In another 8 minutes, I\'m 16 hours into being a QUITTER. I think I can I think I can I think I can I think I can
