Well, skipped work today. Didn't get a lot of sleep last night. Or should I say, still not sleeping. Every hour I wake up and look at the clock. Will this torture ever end??? Doctor prescribed Lunesta, but let me tell you, that stuff ain't for me. I'll take Tylenol PM over those anytime, and they really didn't help. Now, if I'd have slept like a baby, I might consider taking it, but I didn't, so I'm not!
Still smokefree, 43 days and counting. Still, everyday is a challenge and you're never quite sure when it will hit you. I am 100% for an in-patient facility for nicotine withdrawal where you are taught new methods of coping rather than having to relearn everything on your own. And some of us have been smoking so long it's the only coping method we know. We should have massages, and spa food so we wouldn't gain so much weight, an indoor pool and a hot tub for when we really get stressed out. I girl can dream can't she?

Boy that in patient stuff sure sounds like a great idea!! They have them for everything else don\'t they?
I\'m happy for you.wow.43 days!! That\'s great!!
I feel for ya, not being able to sleep! I go thru that alot too. Screaming for sleep.........
I sure could use a massage. I\'ve never had one altho I\'ve had my hubby try to give me one, but they tire of that real soon.
It\'s cloudy and gloomy looking outside.
I\'m trying to get my daughter and granddaughter here for the week. It\'s going to cost 326.00 round trip and it\'s only a 40 minute flight. So expensive to fly within Alaska. For that much, we could fly to Vegas from here.
My daughter Dollie is a single mother. She\'s 25 and my granddaughter just turned 6 on the 9th. It\'s been a couple of months since I moved here so I haven\'t seen them since.
Anyway, Have a good day!
Hugs,
Misdonna
I agree totally with in patient. If heroin is not as tough as nicotine to get off according to the professionals, then that speaks alot for itself!!!!!! Sending you prayers I can identify with everything you wrote. For us who smoked our whole life this is difficult learning to do everything without a cigarette!!! But we will learn because smoking is not an option.. BE WELL, Love Sandy
