Hello everyone. Another great day in the neighborhood! I'm now at 39 days smokefree and feeling better all the time. I know that it is going to take a while, but I'm getting there slowly. And, I couldn't wait until Friday for my wine, so I had a glass last night. Another challenge faced--I didn't crave a smoke with it--HOORAY I can drink again. Believe me, I don't drink that much, in fact my husband tells me I'm a really cheap date. Of course, alcoholism runs in my family so I've always been very careful.
