I had a really great day. I treated myself to a new bedspread for our master bedroom, and it looks great. I've realized that I feel so much better and it is so much easier when I am at home. There are so many things I can do here, and my work is pretty boring, which makes me frustrated, which makes me think about smoking....

Went to the beach today too. I love to go there in the winter and sit on the sand looking for shark's teeth and listening to the water lap against the beach. It is so relaxing. Found about 20 shark's teeth today, but gave them away to two lady's from out of town and two children who were just amazed by them.

So for everyone out there on this journey with me, it does get easier and be proud of yourself for every hour and every day that you don't smoke.
