Ok. Now I'm not sleeping. I go to bed and wake up every hour or so, look at the clock and toss and turn all night. Other than being tired, I'm doing good. I still want that smoke after every meal, so I just keep eating. LOL! When I quit smoking, my doctor increased my Effexor, and I think that is what is causing the insomnia. Another couple of weeks, and my body will adjust to that and maybe I'll get some sleep. Right now, I'm getting it whenever I can. My husband's been great. I went home yesterday from work and slept for two hours. I know this doesn't help with sleeping at night, but I've got to get some rest so I can function at work.
I do wish I was busier at work. It would make it so much easier. I get more cravings there than I do at home. At home I can always keep busy cleaning or crafting or cooking, etc. etc.
