Tuesday

So yesterday turned into a comical day. I decided to leave work a bit early, hoping to get a nap before picking up the kids. As soon as I got home, I realized that I left my phone and tablet both at work!  My next thought was "Oh crap! When my alarm goes off to pick up the kids it is going to drive them nuts!" Yes, this is my thought process. So I got online and suspended service to my phone 'cause I was NOT going to drive back and get it. lol
The rest of the day was fairly uneventful. Nap did not occur, but some rest did. I got to Bible study and that was great. Slept okay and am feeling much better today.
Took meds at midnight. Turned off all lights and used kindle on very low light level. Fell asleep about 12:30 or 1. Slept through the night. Seriously. Yes! Still not enough sleep, though. Fatigue is about 6.5 today.

Well, I\'m glad you can find the humor in that. I suppose it\'s better than getting uptight about every little thing. Gosh, if we did that, we would be mad all the time. Glad Bible study was good. I\'m studying Genesis at the moment in a Precept Bible Study. It\'s good, but there is a lot of homework. Smiles.

Congrats on sleeping through! Even if it wasn\'t enough (Is it ever?)...

Blame the brain fog... I\'ll laugh with you... :-)

It\'s always great to have others to share the laughter! I figured I could freak out about not having the phone, or remember that there was a time in my life when I lived with.. *gasp*... no cell phone! No tablet! I still have a land line and a pc at home. It\'s not like I was cut off from the world. lmao! It amazes me how quickly we adapt to new habits and how hard it is to realize that they are not truly that necessary.

sounds like a pretty good day because of your good attitude and ability to get some sleep. I\'d say you get an \'A\'

Thanks! The hardest part was that inability to recheck my text messages from the Bible study coordinator. I have this obsessive compulsive need to recheck her one text message repeatedly all day to make sure I know where we are meeting. (Not that it changes very often. Like once.) It\'s just a stupid obsession of mine. Not being able to do that left me feeling comically freaky. ;)
