20181130 random Friday Struggles

It's amazing how we can hold on to the tiniest ..dumbest things and turn that mole hill into a great mountain....

I have a weird taste in my mouth...everything I have been eating and drinking today seems off..weird..right away the broken brain starts to take over..

What If...

I am getting sick?

Is this a sign of a stroke?

did I eat something bad?

I have NO other symptoms..but being the complete and total anxiety freak that I am ..THIS is what I hold onto.

I have read that people like me are the ones that used to think ahead to warn the ancient tribe of danger...that it supposed to be a good thing that my mind works this way....

There seems to be so many more in modern society that have anxiety/depression or other related types of issues.

Fear rules all

How does this come to be?  Is there really more?  or is it just that people didn't have time to worry about these things in older times when the daily struggle to survive was great and there were no modern conveniences?  or.. is it just that technology has connected everyone and shone a light on how crazy we all are?

How many years have I been dealing with my issues now?  I have learned to manage it to a certain point...but...

I am still left with more questions than answers

My mom used to say "Don't trouble trouble, till trouble troubles you". We worry about things that 90% of the time, never happen.
