Just another day
Do not know what to say ,because this time of year I am sad a lot and fight to get through the days' it is hard seeing every one so happy and putting up there tree and wrapping gifts, when all I want is to see my daughter ,hold her hug her and tell her I love her ,tell her I am sorry I couldn't save her,but i know that's not possible ,but that is what makes it so hard knowing i will die and never see her again. There nothing any one can do to take this pain away ,it is there it will always be there and this time of year when family get together well I will sit alone. It is ok I do not want sympathy,I do want the pain to go away ,but God will take care of me that I do have faith in,but for all who celebrate I wish you well.

To lose a child is totally beyond what we are ever prepared to cope with. At best we grow somewhat accustomed to not having them with us but it is a pain that we never are fully able to accept. The parent child bond is the strongest of human bonds.
Very gentle ((hugs)) of comfort shared with you.

It is the saddest thing that can ever happen to us moms. And the holidays seem to magnify the sorrow. It seems like all we can think about is the times with them and then the times without them This is my 5th Christmas without Alex. It is, by far, the most gentle. His absence is always present in my heart and mind...but it is a thread that runs through my life...but it is not the whole fabric. Love to you...Karen
Sending you a comforting hug dear Shirley. This is such a fragile time to navigate. Heart to Heart... XO Joanie

I understand your pain and wish we could spend the day together as I, too will be alone on Christmas. When this happens, I try to just pretend it\'s just another day. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn\'t. But, no matter ... the tears will always come. Do you want to set up a time to chat on here? If so, let me know. I could sure use the company. *Hug* Adrianne
