dr. drew's appt went ok, he said i did good, though he didnt like the restricting on my other improvements because of fear of weight and even the fact of the challenging week i had. he says there is always an excuse for everything in life, you have to decide to not do that and do the hard things anyway. it was a good session but so hard to hear things, i told him about trying on my safe pants, and i didnt even barely start to say it when he said safe pants, he says he hears it all the time. told me my goal right now is to gain weight and deal with each day and not look to the future, just meal by meal. i asked him about going out to dinner tonight and how that is going to interfere with my snack, and he of course found that to be no excuse, eat it anyways and have dinner, ughhhh were  going at 6, i looked up the menu and luckily they have a hot open face turkey sandwhich with gravy, im going to ask for no gravy. wish me luck, i hope it all sits well.
met the shelter volunteer and she is very nice and i am all set up in the computer system. i have already gotten an email from dianne, the outdoor volunteer and we are going to meet and go over what neeed to be done. yeah.

I just love dr drew even though he sometimes he is a bit obnoxious. I guess he uses the tough love approach and that\'s what you need. He is right there are no good excuses.
Hope your dinner goes well and how great you got into the volunteer system.
