well, i have decided to screw it all and go shopping with my best friend lyn, she is great at finding bargains, i so want a new outfit, a nice one for the many functions i have coming up. my birthday present to me lol.
i treid to tell casey about have i felt after sundays class, but she asked if i could wait until tonight, i said sure. i feel kinda foolish anyways.
my hands and fingers are getting swollen again, this happened last year at this time and also this morning my feet felt swollen but that goes away once i walk. i hydrate myself a lot with water. does anyone eles have this happen?

Good for you doing a birthday present to yourself..... yeah for shopping sometimes ya just got to do it! LOL So much fun to go bargain shopping... for me its been a way of life with 6 kids and now all the grandkids being born. Last week i found pj\'s for my 18mo grandson for $1 Yeahh to savin money :)
I mainly get the swelling after sleeping.. hands and feet areas too but seems to lessen as i get up and get going for the day.... i guess chasing around the grandson works good as a cure for that. Hope you find out why its happenin...HugzZz
I am not sure about hands swelling and feet? I only had this happen while being pregnant. I know that when your protein levels and elcectrolytes get out of wack, that can cause swelling as well, I would make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet

The swelling worries me. I wonder if it could be edema. Please have it checked out by a doctor.
Let us know about the outfit!!! I agree with Karrin that you should see a dr. Are there other symptoms with the swelling, like the hands feeling numb or cold or anything? Take care.
i got the best outfit!!! saved about 50 dollars all told. a gorgeous tank top, dressy but can be more casual, with a cream backgound and straps and a beautiful patteren of the \"new\" color for spring, a melony light orange, hard to describe, with various other colores in it. found one of those sweater things that just drape and dont close in a light weight knit or sweater material, great for spring and summer in that fantatic color of melony, oranrge and a pair of linen trousers in a light tan, which is in the tank. even a little purse, big enough for some money, liscence etc.. in that color. lyn also found what i have always wanted a pinstripe pair of trousers but with a light tan stripe, so i can mix and match. sucess!!!!! thrilled. i have gotten the swollen fingers before when walking and my feet awhile ago, it doesnt last but i dont like it. my hands were very uncomfortably sunday morning. i know what edema is but what is wrong with retainng some fluid, as i go to the bathroom a lot during the day. and drink a lot of water.
Good for you on getting a birthday gift!!! You should do that for yourself!!! The swelling...well I have that at times too, and it usually has to do with my workouts.. but I am not sure, just my .02.. Hope your night is going well
Sounds like shopping was a success. That color is called honeysuckle. It is so hot right now. I love it. It\'s so bright and cheerful I\'m sure it will make you look and feel great when you wear it!
Hope nia is better tonight. And i have no clue about the swelling but I too would suggest a quick dr visit.
tri50, my fingers swelling happen during exercise too as does my sister. bieng i have poor circulation on my left side, noticeable in toes in winter, i know i should get it checked. mommyapc, thanks for the name, it is everywhere. i opened my closet and it was so pretty and bright.
