it hasn't been a very productive day i keep wanting to put off my do list until tomorrow, just starting to feel a little low but i know part of it is because i forgot my lamictal the last two afternoons and i have got to get back up to level. my abilify has gotton down my manias pretty good i still cycle but not to the extremes i have in the past.  i was looking at my daily mood chart and noticed i havent been depressed since october.I see my pdoc on the 30th so she will be happy to see my graph. its been snow ing so i got al little excecise shoveling to day. I have to get my avon books out soon so that will be good excercise too. I am going to start Karate lessons with my son on thursday so i will be getting a good steady flow of excercise from now on I hope.Remmy has shown that he can have a good morning in school and we are having to work on the afternoons now if he has a 100% day with both good morning and afternoon we are going to reward him with a trip to block busters. otherwise we are going to pull him out of school for the rest of the week and see if we can work with him one on one so he may wish t adjust his behavior to get back to school with his friends. we have tried so much i think we are grasping at straws.but we are going to try anything just to keep from having him medicated. we actually are thinking of sending him back to public school where they seemed to be doing a better job with him, it is just frustrating trying to be a good parent sometimes. Well i am going to cruise the net for some homeschooling clubs and mabye get tired...tim
