Happiness is my stranger, came knocking the door yesterday. Figured out he didn't like me, not surprised. He left without wanting me to feel the warmth and joy that he spread to the whole world. He wanted me to feel isolated and alone. He told me I had a thick barrier around me that he couldn't get passed, because my real emotions were forced inside, and not shown to anyone. As long I have that barrier I will remain in depression's clutches. But how do you trust when your trust barriers have long been crushed by everyone you know. He asked me why are you so defensive and angry, wel are you surprised I replied. If people stopped trying there hardest to wreck my life, and stopped hurting me then maybe I would b a diffrent and better person. Obvioulsy i'm not though, and that will never happen. As in the words of slipknot people=shit.

Happiness is based on circumstances and has always been fleeting, come and go. Joy on the other hand is something that we choose and does not depend upon our circumstances. May you be filled with joy and your heart with gladness. Then happiness which was not sought will be found and depression which was not fed will shrink. I wish you a most wonderful and joyous day!
